Refund policy

At Rayziq, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Health-related items
  • Undergarments
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on the payment method used, the refund may be issued to your original payment method or through another approved refund option.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support team will contact you to arrange the refund.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Rayziq will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after receiving the order if it meets our return eligibility requirements.
